Responsibilities

• Maintain website & intake forms
• Set up and manage CRM
• Build interpreter & client databases
• Automate notifications and workflows
• Ensure basic data security (HIPAA-aware)
• Troubleshoot technical issues

Requirements & Skills

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Workflow automation experience
• Basic understanding of data security
• Prior LSP or healthcare exposure is a plus
