Responsibilities
• Recruit medical & legal interpreters (onsite & remote)
• Source translators for written projects
• Screen CVs and experience
• Verify availability by state/city
• Coordinate vetting with Vendor Manager (you)
• Maintain interpreter database
• Track interpreter performance feedback
• Support onboarding documentation (NDAs, agreements)
Requirements & Skills
• Experience recruiting interpreters or freelancers
• Familiarity with medical/legal interpretation preferred
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, groups, directories)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• English fluency
KPIs
• Interpreters onboarded/month
• Coverage per state & language
• Fill success rate
• Interpreter retention
Salary range: $600 per month (Hire from Egypt)
